Great hotel nestled above Tapalpa. Charming hotel with open areas to sit and relax. Cute coffee service in the morning with wonderful Mexican breakfast served on the terrace.
Tapalpa quaint hotel & suites. Wonderful staff. Only downside bathroom lacks ventilation, it counts with an extractor, yet for me it needs natural ventilation, mostly because pipes need it.
I really like this place . Have been there 3 times . It is located on a hill so you’ll have a view but at the same time it might provoke difficulties for people with disabilities . It is just 10 min walk from the center - that makes it perfect place for those who come by bus , or want to stay in the town . Breakfast included . Wifi is not so good .
Encontramos este hermoso hotel, reservemos las 15 habitaciones. Fuimos a un evento familiar y eramos 31 personas. Las habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas para el frío. La administradora del hotel Selene es un encanto, muy atenta siempre disponible para lo que necesitaramos.

Una experiencia excelente, nos trataron como reyes y el hotel es extremadamente agradable, el desayuno en la terracita delicioso, ya misma terracita tiene una vista espectacular desde donde puedes ver el pueblo de Tapalpa, la Presa del Nogal y hasta el Volcán de Colima. También está todo muy limpio y bien cuidado, no lujoso pero si muy agradable. A poca distancia del centro de Tapalpa, llegas en un par de minutos. Un lugar perfecto para unos días de descanso y relajación.
A beautiful place with very nice, large rooms and wonderful, attentive owners. Get a 2nd floor room. The view is fantastic. Gas fireplace in our room, and kitchenette. Flat screen tv, but only Spanish channels. Wi fi is ok, but not enough for streaming. But our room was furthest from the office. Comfortable balcony outside the room with table, chairs and hammock.
